We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bloch purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and footwear is trialled on carpeted surfaces to maintain eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unused items back in their original Bloch packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
